We had a couple of different play dates this week - One was to do an Easter Bunny Scavenger Hunt with Leah and her mom at Farmington Station. June had lots of fun looking for bunnies, and Ruby had fun sitting like a big girl in the stroller.
Our playgroup this week had a fire truck come visit us - June thought it was cool, but wanted nothing to do with posing for pictures or talking to the firemen.
On Saturday, we went to the Museum of Natural Curiosity at Thanksgiving Point - they had a Paw Patrol Exhibit, which just made June's day. She said so many times "this is my best day ever!!!" We also stayed at a hotel in Lehi with my parents and Cooper and Mais and Lane, so June got to swim and eat breakfast there, which she just thought was magical. We had such a fun time.
Beth came and visited this week, and June loved it. They are besties! She also was kind enough to take some pictures of us. I love them!
This week was Holy Week. We have a book about each day of the week and how the Savior spent it, which we read every day with June. It made Easter more special as we prepared for it all week. June loves the idea that Jesus "didn't stay dead"! We were with the Pehrson's for Easter this year. They came to our sacrament meeting at 9:00 to watch June sing in her primary debut! I was worried that she wouldn't want to, but she didn't even hesitate to get up there and sing! She didn't know any of the words, so she would sing them a line behind everyone else, which meant we could hear her very well haha. Then we had a little easter egg hunt and Easter dinner at Shawn & Susie's. It was a great day!
